Why even guys are so focused on slim fit attire? They want to be slim not healthy and definitely not fat. I think this new generation doesn’t even know what it feels like to be metabolically healthy.

‘Aerobic Capacity’ doesn’t build over night. You need to work on it consistently. We work on it every single day. We recommend you to choose a distance on any Concept2 machine and start adding meters every now or than. We don’t want you to follow anyone. Just focus on your own fitness level. For example, this is what we did in past one week.
